I understand how disorienting it can feel to move through a world that often seems unpredictable, overwhelming, or built for someone else. I know what it’s like to feel life happening at you instead of with you, and how hard it can be to figure out who you are in the midst of rapid change. If you’re exploring your identity, navigating relationships, or just trying to make sense of things in a difficult time, you’re not alone.

Approach:

In our work together, we will form a partnership that is supportive, nonjudgmental, and grounded in cultural humility and respect for your experience. Depending on your unique needs, we may work on developing tools for improving emotional regulation, communication, or relationship skills, coping with stress or change, and more. Collaboration is at the core of our work together, and I hope that through our collaboration, you will feel a deepening sense of self-understanding, experience increased self-acceptance, and gain the confidence to build a meaningful life that reflects your values and who you are.

Education:

I earned my Doctorate in School Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver, and my undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri- St. Louis. As part of my training, I completed a clinical externship at the Attention Behavior and Learning Clinic at CU-Boulder and a doctoral internship with Denver Public Schools. I have experience supporting youth and their families through psychological assessments and interventions in both clinical and school settings. In my practice, I center evidence-based approaches that promote social-emotional growth, academic success, and overall well-being.
