The people around me who cared and took interest in who I was as a person have made me the person I am today. Growing up I’ve often felt isolated, weird, and that there was something wrong with me. I started to mask who I really was, which only made things worse for me. I learned that there wasn’t anything wrong with me, but how I navigated my life and the world around me was just different. This insight gave me a whole new perspective on life and gave me the resources to move from just surviving, to cultivate a life of multiple possibilities.

Developing your strengths, helping you achieve your goals, assisting you to make positive decisions, and passing on the tools and teaching you skills that will help you through this journey we call “life” is my goal.

Developing a trusting relationship in which you and are equal is central to my approach. We are both learning and teaching throughout this process. I value and foster spaces of acceptance, courage, and sincerity.

My approach is informed by multiple theories from a cognitive, educational, behavioral, and neurodiversity affirming practice, and is tailored to each person I work with.
